Zero tolerance: Velvet Echo prohibits any sexual or exploitative content involving minors — including fictional, roleplay, or AI-generated depictions.
1. Minors — absolute prohibition
You may not request, generate, describe, roleplay, or share any content that sexualizes or exploits anyone 17 or under, whether real or fictional. “Aged-up,” “looks young,” school-uniform fetish involving underage framing, or similar evasions are forbidden. Reports may be made to law enforcement where appropriate.
2. Real people & non-consensual content
- No deepfakes or sexual content depicting real individuals without clear authorization;
- No non-consensual intimate imagery;
- No impersonation intended to harm, defraud, or deceive.
3. Illegal content & activity
No use of the Services for illegal content or activity, including exploitation, trafficking, threats of violence, or other unlawful conduct.
4. Abuse of the platform
- No hacking, scraping at scale, or disrupting service;
- No payment fraud, stolen cards, or chargeback abuse;
- No attempts to bypass age gates or security.
5. AI-generated adult fiction
Romantic or adult roleplay with fictional adult AI companions is allowed within these rules and our Terms. You remain responsible for your prompts.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, refuse service, and preserve logs for safety and legal compliance.
7. Reporting
Report violations to support@velvetecho.co with the subject “AUP Report.”
