1. Notification of claimed infringement
If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice including:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL);
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email);

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
4. Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
5. AI-generated media
Much of Velvet Echo’s visual media is AI-generated. Third-party rights claims are still reviewed in good faith when a valid notice is received.
